​St. Mary’s ministry is currently led by retired clergy including Canon John Alderman and Prebendary John Reese.​

At St. Mary’s we are keen to encourage ‘All Member Ministry’ which allows many church members to use their gifts and talents for the benefit of others. Church members use their gifts both in church and in the wider parish.
 

During our services members of the congregation serve at the altar, carry the cross, present the bread and wine at the altar, collect the offering, act as sides- people, read from the bible and lead the intercessions.
 

Many members of the congregation take their ministry out into the parish. We regularly visit the local Nursing Home, house bound parishioners, the Senior Citizens Club, hospital and sick parishioners. At the local Primary School we have congregation members who help in many different ways including acting as school governors
